Your task is to read the case assigned to you, figure out the key legal rules and principles applied, then summarize that in a way that is useful for your classmates. Your case brief (1 to 2 pages) should summarize the facts of the dispute, explain the legal rules the court applied, discuss whether or not you agree with the ruling, and conclude with the key lessons we should take away from the case (what did the parties do right, or wrong?).
